The Lord said, “It Rains. The ground is wet with rain. It is winter, the ground is wet with rain, and painfully cold.”

They say he lived to be 168. Here’s how he lived his life.

It rained. The ground was wet and cold. It was winter, cold and wet and muddy. It was November, and the weather was bitterly cold. It rained and the ground was wet and cold. It was January, and the weather was painfully cold. In between those seasons: cold and rainy, cold and rainy, cold and rainy.

And in between those seasons: cold and wet, cold and wet, cold and wet.

You would have thought the Lord would have said, “Well, that’s a perfect life.”

But instead, he said this:

“It rained. The ground was wet and cold. It was winter and the ground was wet and cold. It was November and the weather was bitterly cold. It rained and the ground was wet and cold. It was January and the weather was painfully cold. In between those seasons: cold and rainy, cold and rainy, cold and rainy. You would have thought the Lord would have said, ‘Well, that’s a perfect life.'”

But instead he said this:
